I've had 8+ years experience as a virtual assistant working with a variety of different clients from all over the world in a multitude of industries. I grew my one-woman show into an agency in a very short time, so I know what does and doesn't work in this space and I want to share that knowledge with others. No, the course that you receive as a bonus when signing up for the annual plan is self-paced and does not provide you with any sort of certification. However, our training library includes free courses from Facebook and Google (amongst others) where certification is provided.

The times of our live sessions vary but we always take into account different timezones so that as many people as possible can attend. For important events we will record them and make them available in the learning hub.

The client chooses the VA from those that apply to a job posting. However, we will also make our recommendations to the client based on what we know about the VAs applying.

We get a lot of job postings from companies or individuals in the US but many of them are open to working with VAs in other countries. Most of the jobs we share have no location requirements.

The course content is relevant regardless of your location as we teach you how to build a business online to work with clients all over the world.

We have a minimum rate requirement for anyone who wants to hire a VA through us. That minimum rate is $15/hr. However, most of the jobs we share have rates of $20-30/hr, and often times more. Yes. Not only do we have a training library of free courses of the most popular tools used in the industry today (ie, Dubsado, Asana, Trello, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.) we also provide training on how to run your business and cover topics like branding your business, building your website, managing your contracts, and more.

We share job postings as they come in in the private Facebook group and send them out in an email newsletter every Tuesday. Last year, we shared almost 200 jobs and matched dozens of VAs with their ideal clients.

This is completely up to you and the work you're putting in to apply to jobs consistently and in presenting yourself in the best way possible in the application. We have a training on best practices when applying to jobs to help you.

The membership is always open to new members, but we occasionally do launch periods where we offer discounted rates.

Nope! We do not take a cut if you get hired for a job opportunity we share. We're like Tinder for business owners and VAs: we're only responsible for matching you, whatever you make after that point, you keep :)
